Bedarf zum Frittieren<br \/>\n&#8211; Salz nach Belieben<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Panade das Mehl in eine flache Sch\u00fcssel geben und nach und nach das kohlens\u00e4urehaltige Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen. Immer wieder umr\u00fchren, damit keine Klumpen entstehen. Die Panade sollte weder zu dick noch zu fl\u00fcssig sein.<br \/>\nDas \u00d6l in die Pfanne geben und auf eine Temperatur von etwa 180\u00b0 C erhitzen.<br \/>\nDie Bl\u00fcten durch die Panade ziehen, bis sie sich vollsaugen und dann ins heisse \u00d6l geben. Frittieren, bis sich eine goldene Kruste bildet.<br \/>\nAuf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen, nach Belieben mit Salz bestreuen und heiss servieren.
